Double Chocolate Protein Granola Bars (No Bake)

These No Bake Double Chocolate Granola Bars pack a protein punch using Wavelength’s Little Ripples Kids Protein.

No Bake Double Chocolate Protein Granola Bars

(makes 8 bars)

INGREDIENTS:

-1 serving Wavelength Little Ripples Chocolate Protein Powder

-1/2cup puffed rice cereal (such as onedegreeorganics )

-1/2 cup natural nut butter (such as Eat Nuttzo Power Fuel Crunchy)

-2 tbsp honey

-2 tbsp melted coconut oil

-3 tbsp mini chocolate chips

-pinch of Himalayan salt

-Optional: 1/3 cup chocolate chips or chopped chocolate bar for drizzle 

-Flaky sea salt for garnish

DIRECTIONS:

1. Add the oats & rice cereal & protein powder into a large bowl & give it a stir.

2. Add a pinch of salt, nut butter, honey, & melted coconut oil & stir until well mixed & incorporated.

3. Fold in the mini chocolate chips.

4. Use a bar mold and fill each section with the mixture. Press down flat. Alternatively, Line a square baking pan (I use an 8x8 pan) with parchment paper, then spray with avocado oil or coconut oil spray.

5. Pour the mixture into the pan, pressing down so it’s flat. Use parchment over it & press your hand down to flatten.

6. Pop it in the freezer for about an hour to set. Or in fridge overnight.

7. Remove and slice into 8 bars if not in bar mold.

Optional- drizzle melted chocolate and top with flakey sea salt. Put back in freezer for 10 minutes to set.

Store in air-tight container in fridge.
